- Orders during holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders, and out-of-stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS Ground deliveries within the continental United States.
- Large orders; items which are oversized or shipped via U.S. Mail; overseas shipments; and shipments to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Military addresses, and P.O. boxes may take longer and may incur additional shipping costs.
- Overseas shipping can take 4 to 10 weeks for delivery depending on method of shipping. Incorrect addresses will be subject to a UPS correction fee. The UPS signature confirmation option is available upon request.

- Returns & Replacements:
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt in original, resaleable condition. All items are guaranteed for one year from date of receipt by customer. Defective items will be issued a full credit if not replaced or exchanged. A full refund will be issued for defective items if replacement is not possible. White Loft and its manufacturers are not responsible for abuse, mistreatment, or damages due to negligent or improper care and washing.

- Visa, MasterCard,Discover and American Express are accepted for credit card payments. Do not email your credit card information. Send it via US Mail or call 866-949-7455 to speak with someone directly. Cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks are accepted for mail-in orders. Personal checks may delay order processing up to 10 days to allow for check clearance.
- Back Orders,Product Delays, and Out of Stock Items:
- Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays in delivering products to White Loft. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacture delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. White Loft will notify customers if an item has been discontinued or is no longer available. If part of an order is backordered, White Loft will contact the customer to decide about partial shipments. White Loft can ship backordered item(s) at a later date at no additional cost to the customer.
